Our goal is to offer you the best shipping and processing options, no matter where you live.

Please note that the only items that are in stock are the items visible on the website. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders. Please note that items may ship from different facilities.

Normal processing/shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please read carefully when choosing your shipping option at checkout. Relaxed Girl Era is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates. Orders may be shipped from different facilities.

Please note that all items are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.  

If you need assistance with a damaged item please email our support team at support@relaxedgirlera.com with the subject: Damage/Replacement and include your order number, picture, and name. Please allow 24 business hours for our customer service team to get back to you!
